That’s why Alabama and Georgia been top programs for the longest time.  They get top DL talent to dominate the line of scrimmage and those players have also gone off to the NFL.

The best dynasties have always controlled the line or scrimmage. Jerry Rice certainly won titles but as collegiate football becomes more pay to play, Randy Moss , Terrell Owens, Calvin Johnson, Julio Jones, Larry Fitzgerald never won Superbowls.

No fault of their own but this staff is prioritizing the appropriate positions imo.
