Funny, because on the Austin & Birm show Snap Judgements Birm said the exact opposite. He said the most boring Ryan Day press conference in the history of press conferences. And then went on to say he’s TRADITIONALLY insightful and thorough in his press conferences. If anything, it seemed Birm was a bit confused by some of the generic statements by Day.

Some years Ohio State has elite RBs (last year, Zeke Elliot, Maurice Clarrett) some years they have guys like Miyan Williams (good not great). It’s no surprise that the years they have the elite guys are the really good seasons. I’m willing to bet your RBs are good not great this year. We already know that Donaldson is good not great. Peoples didn’t wow last season. If a dog’s gonna bite, it will bite as a pup. Peoples nipped.

Finebaum is an SEC shill that has as much bias for SEC teams as you have for Ohio State. He’s not a serious analyst.

Josh Pate has essentially said the game is a toss up (which is a fair take). He made a prediction for Texas on his show, but a prediction for Ohio State as a guest on another show that I watched (where 3 of 4 guys including Pate picked tOSU).

I haven’t seen the other guys. If anyone says this game is a runaway in any direction, I don’t take them seriously

Well, all day today on SiriusXM 84 the insufferable fast talking Jimbo Fisher and his meathead co-hosts were drooling over Ohio State’s talent — and Jimbo picked OSU “no offense” to Texas. So there’s that, I guess.

Ok what you’re saying is they’ll be about as good as Wisner, but not normal OSU back level, got it.
