Dread-headed Texan Posted September 3 Posted September 3 There is absolutely no reason to get a DWI/DUI in 2025. Especially not in Austin, there's always an Uber or Lyft five minutes away. 6 1 Quote
harveycmd Posted September 3 Posted September 3 Sad to hear. Thought he would be playing over the next few games with a chance to work. Maybe he still will, but hard to say. Quote

So that means he was drinking before or right after practice. 1 2 1 Quote
LonghornFan4Ever Posted September 3 Posted September 3 How do you do this given what happened to Nick Brooks (proven not to be what was reported initially, but still) and the HC you play for? Makes no sense. Hopefully he learns and grows from this. 1 1 Quote

Every weekend in the military I recieved and issued safety briefing and of course there was always one, my 1SG would look at me and ask why? Hell idk, he had the same briefings everyone else had. 1 Quote

awashbump Posted September 3 Posted September 3 Whatever, it happens. We now probably won't see Mack on the field these next 3 games, potentially the rest of the season. Quote
rgvhorn80 Posted September 3 Posted September 3 (edited) These are kids. It’s going to happen. They live in Austin too. Just a kid making a mistake. This is not an unforgivable offense. Edited September 3 by rgvhorn80 4 Quote
drag worm Posted September 3 Posted September 3 Would he have been considered more of the backup CB to Gillbeau or the backup Nickle to Grayson? @CJ Vogel Quote
NothinButDaHorns34 Posted September 3 Posted September 3 MAKE. BETTER. CHOICES. These young men got everything going for them in life, But make stupid choices like this and during the season even worse. 1 Quote
NothinButDaHorns34 Posted September 3 Posted September 3 Stupid! It’s more than just “kids make a mistake” I’m sure Henry Ruggs thought the same thing until he killed a woman and her dog. 4 Quote
Tuco Ramirez Posted September 3 Posted September 3 Many of these kids have a chance to make more money than most of us will ever see in our lifetimes. And that’s just in college, never mind the NFL. In most cases the only thing that stands between their success and failure is themselves. Hope he realizes this and learns from this experience. 2 Quote
texcoyote15 Posted September 3 Posted September 3 What would you think about cutting the NIL money during/if there is a suspension? I doubt there will be a suspension though but just saying you start cutting into people’s money they will start calling an Uber 2 Quote
DanielOnorato Posted September 3 Posted September 3 Always sad to see legal issues even when its players from other programs. Hopefully he can overcome this and still have a stellar Longhorns career. 1 Quote

Sark doesn’t play the DWI bullsh*t given his history with alcohol. Quote

LonghornLegends Posted September 3 Posted September 3 Dumb. Making all that NIL money and still not smart enough to use the million different ways to get rides home. SMH. 1 Quote
