Roy Hinojosa Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago What gets me is that if we could be successful with the run against the aggies, we could have been successful this whole time. It took the last regular season game to find an explosive run offense. I hope the team recognizes that and builds off of that moving forward. 2 Quote

We gave Wisner 20 touches tonight and he showed up NAILS!! Lesson to Sark. Donβt give up on the running game. Lean into it and get creative!! 1 Quote

It was working against UGA early and we didnβt stick with it. We werenβt always successful tonight but we stuck with it.Β 1 Quote

And we folllowed with a balanced passing attack.Β Quote

Itβs almost like if we had abandoned the run early because we were thinking it was going to be a shootout we wouldnβt have had the chance to break big runs. Iβm not sure why you felt the need to nitpick. The point was that we had enough patience to keep feeding Wisner unlike other games Kentucky, Arkansas, UGA, MSU and things worked out. Just like OU.Β 1 Quote

Just like OU.Β Wasnβt Wisnerβs opening run over twice his cumulative total of the first half? Howβs that for in depth analysis! Archβs scrambling had the bulk of our rushing in the first half. If our first two drives of the second half looked like the entirety of our first half we would have given up on the run. Β Thankfully, they did not.Β Quote
