    Just heard Wisner getting popped trying to block on that Michigan play. I'd like to see a TE be a go-to as Gunnar was last season. Someone who can get those under the radar routes. If Shannon could be solid with his hands and physicality, a 6'7 target for Arch to get throws over top to would be nice. But I'll expect Jordan Washington to be the one with better body control based off last spring game. Will Randle now listed at 6'6 on the Texas roster vs 6'4 last season. Wish being Arch's high school TE would've carried over to this season. Thought maybe finding him or someone a spot as a red zone fullback type.

    Too many. Of the "big stars": Ricky, Vince, Colt, Simms.. Young Foswhitt Whittaker was so close in Carolina. Thought Collin Johnson was going to have a bounce back during his first preseason with Chicago . I had to look up names I saw at the 2011 Holiday Bowl. I lived in north San Diego county at the time post military and HAD to see my first Texas game, but what a crazy roster of talent I didn't realize at the time. Follow-up question: how many Texas players have been NFL teammates? Noticed Vaccaro and Okafor in New Orleans, Simms and VY in Tennessee.

    Saw it earlier before this post and man..the WR list is difficult to narrow down. Does Coach Jackson and Sark go for a 3 or 4 receiver class? Keys, Dixon-Wyatt, Finley, Stewart? +/-Burroughs and Feaster? So many possibilities

    I read recovery news and thought it meant us recovering from the loss of Coach Choice. But Chris Gilbert was in my options I wrote, UT would get a great recruiter and coach from within the staff.

    Ehh having a backwards idiotic republican government like Texas' doesn't really help y'all or Johntay here. I literally had cannabis products delivered AND with a veteran discount to me before I gave it up, just expensive and never worked for me. Being arrested for it is a waste of resources and time when it's friggin 2025! There are politicians who are far more corrupt wasting billions of dollars that get away with it and the state arrests a young Black man for having cannabis. Regardless, I hope some of his older and fellow Horns get it through to his head to get rid of his ego or help work on whatever he's dealing with and get him back on the field or at least in school again.

    Yeah, if Deion can hire HOF players, I think Sark can get anyone he wants as a coach. That includes having Huff in the DB room in some capacity since there's no limitations on staff, who I think would be great to retain and recruit players as a Longhorn legend just like Gideon. What Longhorn legend or HOF player would be your pick if a position were to open in the future?

    No one is saying to coddle him. There's always the "I'm a man, I don't feel things like a girl" tough guy assumption. Kid needs a strong mentor who will be honest with him and be harsh when needed. If he doesn't want to listen that's on him to not want to get his career and life on track. Whether if it's mental health issues or maturity issues that needs to be taken care of early in his life.

    Agiye Hall was on probation for like a year and just transferred to Sacramento State with Brennan Marion. Netflix had a whole series on kids getting a new start towards redemption.

    Do y'all not know who Marty Schottenheimer was?? His dad, the head coach of Kansas City for most of the 90s. Bill Cowher, Tony Dungy, McCarthy, and Bruce Arians were part of his coaching tree. If Jerry would get out of the way to let Brian coach and rebuild the staff and team maybe he'll win games. I wish Al Harris would've gotten the job though. Dak needs to take a bigger pay cut to resign others that Dallas needs to keep a few more years. Man hasn't been healthy or produced enough to be paid as much as he is.

    Reaching that far for Beck to win is going to wreck his throwing arm again. Going to throw down a defensive wild card in Colin Simmons to climb into the top 10 or higher if he can double his production. At least deserves to have his name in the running the next 2 years.

    Crazy. I literally just had his twitter announcement show up on my For You. Was thinking earlier today how guys like Quinn or even Carson Beck, any older player, should just move on instead of transferring for another 5th or 6th year. NIL money is cool, but a lot of these guys just need to get into the league and start learning the NFL game or UFL tempo.

    How many early enrollee DBs are there now? There's still an amazing lineup ahead of them, but getting them all learning and ready earlier is so valuable if they're absolutely needed next season.

    Likely the only animal rights vegan in here, but 👎🏽 peta (different finger though). Bevo gets treated with 1000x better care and respect. Colorado runs their buffalo (bison?) around the field, that's far more stressing to a larger animal. Bevo just chills and snacks during the game. Keep it a no flash photography zone, keep the enclosure covered, and FEED BEVO 🌰🌰
