    At this point, all we can do is laugh and hope we aren't another 3 loss team next year. Whiffin' left and right.

    Flood has skins on the wall, but something is up. In the new portal era, players move more and earlier than you'd think. It's free agency without the constraints like the pros. These are young adults. Not everyone will make NFL money so they are getting what they can in college. Some have good agents, some have bad ones, and some have none or get bad family advice. The willingness to wait and develop on OL needs to be hammered home as absolutely necessary at Texas (and in a majority of P4 D1 programs). There are some exceptions like Banks. He could lose out on a few more 4 and 5 star recruits, but he might get a higher ratio of players willing to stay and develop. Maybe he's already doing that, and they are still in this position. My concern is we are seeing a sizable OL depth exodus without current upgrades/replacements. Hope they can get cooking in the portal soon.

    Okay, I'll bite on the conversation. In all honesty, I do not believe Sark is leaving in the near term. Could hop to the pros after a couple of championships but he also loves college ball. I also do not believe Muschamp wants to be a P4 HC in the short-term future. That experiment failed and he knows he's an elite DC (that can make good money w/ focused responsibility). What I could see happening is Muschamp being here for a stint while grooming Gideon into the next DC here. Not opposed to that being the case. Gideon is a smart dude and Sark likes him.

    Completely different style of players, but Bijan is already averaging a higher YPA and season average rushing yards. Bijan has also doubled Earl's receiving yards. All of that while being completely underutilized his first season. None of this takes away from Earl because he was incredible. However, to say Bijan isn't as good as Earl is statistically not true so far. Bijan is a more complete RB.

    195yds on 22 carries 1TD 34yds on 5 receptions 1TD Hard to argue he isn't the best player in the league and he's only getting started.

    Sounds like Michigan and Whittingham is going to happen. Good on KWhitt for handing the reins to Scalley with Utah in a solid place. I may be in the minority on this, but I think this would be a fantastic hire for Michigan.
