  20. Wonder why they left Riojas in for 87 pitches. Craig Way said Riojas career high was just over 90 pitches (at UTSA).
  21. @Blake Munroe @Jeff Howe @CJ Vogel I look forward to Bases Loaded each week. I agree now is the time to let Volantis start and see what he can do. Bing has struggled with command and that’s the one thing he can’t afford because he isn’t going to over power batters. In three starts Bing has a total of 8 plus innings. He has hit 6 batters (2 in each start), allowed 3 walks, 7 hits and has 3 wild pitches. In his first start of the season against OSU he hit the first batter, got a couple of outs, walked a batter, hit another batter to load the bases on no hits. Then gave up a hit to drive in 2 runs and before we changed pitchers. Hopefully Bing can work on mechanics, correct the control issues and contribute.
