    In terms of winning a national championship the season is over. The line can’t be fixed. The center won’t magically get better. Arch won’t magically get better. Sark isn’t that guy. CFP? Yeah that’s on the table still.

    No there is a play where he is 35 yards down the field and wide open. Nobody is near him.

    It isn’t him. Go back to the first two games. Cam is wide open and Arch never looks his way. Not sure which game that was but the tape is there. Cams drop against Ohio State is about the only thing I can even put on him. Arch has to get him the ball. Cam’s ability doesn’t disappear because he goes to a better team. Is he any slower? Did his hands suddenly lose the ability to catch passes few can? If anything Cam should be upset.

    It really doesn’t matter. I actually wanted Will Wade here, but he’s way too into himself. He will get players but long term he will have to get a lot of players for this year. I am much happier with Coach Miller. He will build and stabilize the program.

    Man John Stockton and Steve Nash sure were fast. They blew by their defenders with ease. Luka sure blows by people all the time.

    There was a time when we would use Florida as an example of a team being very good with a low NIL. Clearly those days are gone.

    They play basketball with shoes on. I have never understood why we need to know the heights of players without shoes.

    Your questions just add to the frustration. Nobody got up today and thought Texas played bad on purpose. It is completely asinine to think that way. The frustration grows because there are no magical changes. Texas has to play OU, go to LSU and host Florida and Ole Miss. The last two teams look much better than Texas offensively. Texas can’t win a national championship as they currently look. That was the goal for this team.

    The frustration comes from knowing LSU, Ole Miss and Florida are coming. They are also coming because the expectations for this team are to win it all. They don’t look like that team.

    Had Tennessee won the game the NCAA would release multiple statements. The last statement would have included “ yes they broke the rules, yes Texas should be the winner, but Tennessee won.”

    Problem is he was mediocre against UTSA. When you come off a “mediocre game” and have another one that’s not good. I don’t have Arch at the expectations many others have had since he was signed. I am just wanting him to be consistently serviceable.

    As long as Sark decides to stick to this offense there is nothing to do.

    It’s not Arch fault that he was hyped the way he was. He’s playing average at best right now. The line didn’t give him a lot of time today. He started off well but when he craters he goes off a cliff. I didn’t see many horrible passes like last week though. This system is not good for him. He needs to use his legs, Quinn needed to do that too, but Sark doesn’t let them. I am still waiting to see Sark develop a quarterback.
