    Was a heckuva game. The lady Horns were 21/21 from the free throw line and took over in the fourth quarter shutting down a strong one loss LSU squad who led most of the game.

    Nice write up. Shedrick ‘s self assessment you quoted was spot on. Need to find a way to light a fire under him to get that intensity for a full game consistently. He was way too passive for long stretches but then showed at the end he does have it in him.

    Great pitchers duel. Clutch last at bat with two hits placing runners at second and third w no outs and then a ground ball to first base to bring in the walk off winning run when the first baseman threw it home hitting the batter/runner in the base path.

    I love this team. They are tough as nails and a complete team. They’re killing it.

    Heat of the moment comment. I think a majority felt that under the conditions at the time, though not perfect, Terry deserved a shot after the way the team under his leadership pulled together making the Elite 8 after the coach's firing. He was rewarded the opportunity for that and also because at the time there was no other sure thing coach available. This season is his make or break opportunity which appears to be revealing he is not the guy going forward. I agree it has proven to be the wrong hire but I do not fault fellow fans who have tried to support the coach in the hope he could get it done.

    Where is the proof that Texas didn’t spend competitively in nil ? I would bet we out spent most top 25 basketball teams.
