    This is true and what makes it worse is when I listen to the people in charge I don’t hear anyone with the brain power to come up with a solution. The only plan seems to be make more money by having more games. The playoffs are already watered down and they want to add more. That doesn’t even take in to account the portal and NIL. Outlook is grim.

    I'm amused that people think the committee is screwing up the process. That is just what committees do. Let the computers pick. As for expansion it has only made things worse. Imagine the committee having to deal with 16, 24, or even as someone suggested 32 teams. The playoffs are watered down with 12 teams, imagine 32. The best 8 teams in football should be in the playoffs. Set the criteria and let the computers pick, adjust if necessary and it will eventually be right. Giving a committee more teams to deal with only brings more chaos.

    Doesn't he run track also? If so I don't think it's smart to give a 2 sport athlete a scholarship in the age of NIL.

    Adding more teams only makes it worse, more teams that aren't deserving will be in. Reduce the number to 8 and have a quality playoff. Get rid of the stupid committee and let the computers pick and make SOS a strong criteria.

    Dam, that looks just like my HS stadium. But that track may be a little better than ours.

    I see a lot of stuff written about, will we get in the playoffs at 9-3 when the talk should be, we need to worry about not going 7-5. Plenty of football to play in the next 2 weeks. We better bring it.

    It needs to start with building a first rate, dominating O'line. Do that and the the running backs, receivers and Qb all get better.

    So the membership's opinion can be challenged but not the mods? The moderators have the hammer, they shouldn't be afraid that members may disagree with their opinions.

    This isn't what message boards are about, it's about what the people that pay for the website think. The mods can give their opinion just like everyone else during the game.
