  1. Yes, arch definitely was a star. Just the way he took his lumps in the first half hung in there and put together a beautiful performance in the second half!!
  2. So if Bama loses to UGA this weekend and DeBoer does leave do we get that spot in the playoffs? Especially now with Ole Miss in so much flux does the committee take all that into consideration?!
  3. Not so much, I think Stein is a good coach and him going to UK as a UL grad is treacherous, I’m fully aware that Coach Royal went to OU. I don’t want UK to be good at football because it’s just another team we have to worry about (even though we struggled against them this year) that makes our schedule that much more difficult. More importantly it’s a light hearted comment about a school that generally doesn’t concern Texas or concern themselves with football
  4. Yes, exactly that. Would like UK to stay a basketball school and not have to worry about them in FB lol.
  5. That would be, and a traitorous move for the UL grad lol.
  6. I was saying thank you for your comment. It was spot on. I am the snowflake 😊
  7. Thank you @stephanie!!! Sincerely, snowflake.
  8. Classy guy, it’s the AD’s fault he decided to have these conversations during the season and leave a school at the end of the regular season. Also, what guardrails did he want to have in place to protect this program while he was trying to build his staff and finish recruiting at LSU? I’m sure the players just loved him so much for doing this they were all just begging the AD to let good Ol’Lane to finish this historic season with his guys.
  9. I don’t disagree with you, but we have an even better argument to jump Bama in that scenario.
  10. What happens when Alabama loses to UGA in the championship game and they have 3 losses do they not get an at large bid? They’re not supposed to be punished for a championship loss, just like we’re not supposed to be punished for playing big early season games. Plus they lost to an FSU team that got smoked by the FL team we lost to and beat by OU who we also beat.
  11. He wasn’t wrong about that. LOL
  12. I agree!! It’s worse than QB1 getting hurt IMO. This affects every single player. It’s even worse that it’s happening to those kids in the middle of a historically good season for them! If I’m a recruit I’m looking at this and staying as far away from Lame Kiffin as I can.
  13. Not unpopular, exactly right. 9-3 with an outside shot to get in the playoffs. Not a waste.
  14. Not a waste at all. We had an insanely tough schedule beat 3 top 10 teams, saw a young team mature, and watch Arch get better every week. I’m not counting us out yet. If SMU beats UVA maybe Miami doesn’t get in, maybe the committee shows us they want some insanely big draws and money in the opening round game if they put Texas in against a Tech, Indiana, Oregon, ATM, SMU, UGA, Bama, OU, or OSU at their place. That makes for great ratings AND gives the football world the message games matter, wins or losses not conference championships. We have an argument against every 2 loss team right now. I’d say this season is a great growth season for a program that continues to succeed even when we’re not playing our best ball.
  15. Nope, I say fix the playoffs, it starts by respecting our tough schedule and rewarding quality wins AND losses.
  16. For those that didn’t see/hear this is another great troll from the Texas big board operator. Right up there with trolling Yormark https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/ncaaf/2025/11/29/texas-trolls-texas-am-mike-elko-following-win-over-rival/87524248007/#

  17. Not triggered there grumps just calling you out on your pointless silly commentary on a semantic disagreement you had win the way I based a comment praising our running backs and team for being successful there snowball.
  18. Do you have to work this hard to be a grizzled grumpy oldest horn or does it come naturally?
  19. Not performing. Lost his starting job to Kade Phillips
  20. Right, they stuck with it. Thanks
  21. Ok, you’re right thank you for your in depth analysis of my comment. It’s almost like if we had abandoned the run early because we were thinking it was going to be a shootout we wouldn’t have had the chance to break big runs. I’m not sure why you felt the need to nitpick. The point was that we had enough patience to keep feeding Wisner unlike other games Kentucky, Arkansas, UGA, MSU and things worked out. Just like OU.
