    We’re going to run the ball. The physicality of the defense that Muschamp will breed offensive linemen with attitudes otherwise they’ll be getting their ass whipped all day in practice. It will be iron sharpening iron. Arch is going to have time to throw and be able to be opportunistic with his running rather than running for his life. I think as a result we’ll be a lot more explosive down the field

    Absolutely agree, I’m a PK fan. While I love the Muschamp hire I agree that PK has done a masterful job here both with the defense and player development. I’m going to be following him and wishing him future success unless he’s playing Texas. We absolutely don’t go as far as fast without him and his willingness to learn and adapt. Honestly I can’t think of many games after 2021 where I said the defense cost us the game. Even Florida, it wasn’t the best gameplan or performance in the first half ultimately our o line issues and inability to run the ball and protect Arch is what lost us the game IMO.     Oklahoma is just a criminal operation since Switzer’s days. They’re a bunch of borderline convicts that have zero class yet somehow sneak their way into championship contention. They’re a slimy grimy bunch. The worst part are their non-alumni fans. Some of the worst fans in to country, and proudly ignorant and obnoxious. Their mascot IS A CRIMINAL for heaven’s sakes!

    Good, Burke will prove them wrong and Jelani can come back with Kanu and Wisner and roll some MF’ers hard next year. Best of luck to Mr. Guilbeau, unfortunate he didn’t shine at CB but is a talented star, physical run defender, and might translate well into a safety and special teams force in the NFL.

    We want more Niblett!! Would love to see his role increase next season. Really hoping to hear more glowing reviews from Lockett and Ffrench. Excited to see MT3 and how the DNs are growing up. Kade Phillips report? Williams injured again is not a positive sign at all. What do we think about JJR getting run at safety along with Hicks?

    Let’s go Hero!! Another year and that dude could be a first rounder! If we keep JMcD and get some young guys playing fast and confident our defense could be better than it was this year and we were pretty darn good all things considered!!

    What about Ffrench and Lockett emerging as playmakers too? Those guys were highly rated prospects. Lockett especially is big and looks like he’d be a big asset in the screen game and blocking with Moseley. I’m more interested in focusing on OL,LB , RB, and secondary in the portal rather than trying to find a WR. Honestly, I think with Moseley and Livingstone you have two very dependable big catch radius guys. Wingo’s hands leave much to be desired but if he can find a way to fix that with all that talent I think we’re good at WR.

    Disagree, we’re seeing bad football because these guys play such varying levels of competition early in the season.

    Nope, don’t think that would be the case. I think you’d see the best football we’ve ever seen. You still have to win to get in and you’re making everything more like the NFL. The value is having the playoff structured in a way that eliminates conference championship games, which IMO punish teams that finish strong in conference, and replace them with play in games. Setting limits and numbers on who gets in would devalue regular season just like it is currently trending.
