  1. The threshold is a tough one to climb over 😂😂😂
  2. Best of luck young man!! Appreciate him sharing this, class act!
  3. Fudge crackers! Hate this for him 🤬 prayers for a speedy recovery and if he decides to keep playing ball getting back to greatness!! Great human!
  4. Notre Dame? Really?!?! Also, no way ASU beats Texas in the quarterfinals unless our whole defense is injured.
  5. Quinn is a great QB but he’s not elite when he needs to be as @Gerry Hamilton noted about VY and other “clutch” QBs. Chris Simms was the same way as Quinn IMO. Great QB, but when we needed him most he failed to ride to the occasion more often than not. There were some dropped passes yes. But look at the back to back throws to wingo the last drive in regulation. The first was a PI but wingo was OPEN and if the ball was thrown on time and accurately it was a touchdown. Instead it was badly under thrown. Still resulted in PI and good field position. The next play Wingo beats 6 again and Quinn throws high and doesn’t even give Wingo a chance to make a play on the ball. The fade to Moore was a horribly located ball, heck even the stalk block and go wheel route in the first quarter where they called offensive PI was a bad over throw to a wide open Gunnar Helm. There were some fantastic throws in there too, but over all in the red zone we’ve needed more from Quinn in the games we’ve lost that matter most. But, he has done it at times against good opponents and hopefully he will rise to the occasion in the playoffs. If he can tighten up those really tight window throws he’ll take the next step. Right now it’s not there.
  6. Well crap now I see what @Bobby Burton was talking about on another topic lol!
  7. We’ve got depth at LB but losing Gbenda he might be an option to fill a back up role familiar with Nansen’s style.
  8. Great post! Right there with you! Honestly as much as this championship game felt to me like a pointless game that just adds additional wear and tear to our team especially this season being the longest ever in CFB it’s still not hard to be frustrated at the loss because we played another C game offensively and wasted another incredible defensive performance. Plus we just don’t know how many times we’ll get back to this game and want to strike while the iron is hot. The future is bright and it’s hard for me to remember that UGA has a huge head start in talent acquisition on us and we’re still taking them to the wire 3 seasons removed from 5-7! Hook’em 🤘🐂🤘
  9. We’re on a great trajectory. Georgia has our number this season mainly because of their fierce defensive front taking away the screen and run game. We showed WAY better tonight than 6 weeks ago offensively but still need to figure out how to run the ball against them to have a chance to win if we see them again. Well, that and stop having 10+ penalties and multiple stupid turnovers. Sheesh the ball didn’t bounce our way today at all!
  10. The Atlantic is a joke. I’m so tired of this narrative that Texas hasn’t beaten a ranked team. We’ve actually beaten Michigan, Oklahoma, Vanderbilt, and TAMU who were ranked at the time we played them. We lost twice to a top 5 Georgia team that has won 2 of the last 3 national championships and is 11-2. Not only that but Miami losing to a BAD Syracuse team and eliminating themselves from the ACC championship game shows their ignorance and removed credibility immediately.
  11. If the running game played like it did today we’re one and done. If we have the run game and Quinn from today we can win it all IMO.
  12. I think they have ASU with a bye over a 3 loss Clemson and I think they make Texas a 6 seed bring on Indiana!!
  13. Let’s hope you’re right! Like Bobby said to be the best you have to beat the best and UGA is the best and the standard!! Hook’em
  14. Damn straight!
  15. @Joe Zura you think DK is rethinking his Duck choice haha?! Texas out recruiting the hell outta the ducklings
  16. Great take, so “elitehood” must be an Aggie word like hullabaloo. If I’m reading this correctly, “elitehood” isn’t because of program and player growth, development, and excellence that has occurred in the last 4 years it because of favorable treatment by the governing bodies AND ATM being located in a craphole and they’re a bad boy program? They’re right about the location, but let’s be real Tuscaloosa ain’t exactly a destination location. The reality is that TAMU is viewed as a program neither good nor bad by most in the country because they’re not actually doing anything to be recognizable outside of having a loud stadium. Texas’ resurgence is a direct result of focus on excellence as a standard and winning is the outcome. TAMU’s real issue is their lack of this attitude not some nefarious plot to keep them down.
  17. Aggie football business handled Saturday!! This play made me lol when I saw it live! I guess technically they didn’t ask him about Broughton just Ant Hill haha
  18. It’s all Texas’ fault actually, the Aggie culture can’t exist with Texas around. They would be dominating the SEC if we hadn’t copied them and moved to the SEC. Just look at the success they had the last 13 years without Texas…
  19. Y’all!!! Their stadium is really really loud, probably the loudest in the country. Who wouldn’t want to be a part of that loudness?!?!
  20. Jimbo still has this. Just added in 2023 himself since that was his national championship of fleecing the Aggies
