    Today will be a better day. I had UCF in the elite eight so yeah yesterday was rough. That’s what I get for picking based on friends who played for UCF and them beating up on Tech earlier this year.

    I’d like to do paid leagues maybe set up a tiered system where folks can buy in at various levels for their own comfort up to 50 or 100 bucks whatever folks are comfortable with!

    💯 relate! I literally freeze and forget immediately. It happened to me this morning. My way around it is to just make sure I tell people upfront I’m terrible with names and try and drop my name in a conversation as much as possible because I assume others are just as bad as me and I’ve found that folks will actually consciously or unconsciously do the same. What’s worse is I do remember other details about them and their faces so it’s really bad when I can’t remember their name but I remember that they grew up loving horses and tennis lol

    Truly, he actually talked about that on his pod cast with Vince and how important it is to remember people’s names knowing what a simple thing like that can really mean to others. I wish I had that super power. I can peer someone and forget their name within the same minute 😢
