I’ve been on the road so I know it’s already been discussed somewhere but man Clemson has a problem. Dabo should have stepped aside when the portal and NIL started. I think he thought he could still build a championship roster recruiting solely high kids that love what Clemson used to be and you don’t have to pay them. I’ve read Clemson has no money and can’t pay NIL. In today’s times you are toast if that’s the case. I hate to see a coach stay too long and end up tarnishing what he accomplished in the past. They end up staying because the money is too good to walk away from. Dabo’s buyout is large. And if u can’t buy NIL who can you really get. Need to go out like Saban. He knew the rabbit had the gun now and he wasn’t going to be able to stockpile 5 stars all over the roster. He knew when we hammered him at his own stadium that it time to go to be a commentator. Some may not like this but Mack Brown did the same way as Dabo and it set us back years. I don’t know if Mack wouldn’t leave because of the salary or he was wanting to leave on his own terms or what but it was quite a few years of very mediocre football.

You know one thing we can look at is the quality of depth that Sark has built. In years past if a LT went down the drop off to the next guy was HUGE. I’m not eluding that this isn’t significant, but I’m just saying we have some really good players trying to move up the depth chart

Could be. I said when players were leaving Vic’s team that hard coaching isn’t for everyone. I think the teams that win consistently don’t have soft approaches. The teams that win the coaches are hardasses. Sark hired Muschamp for this reason. To bring a toughness to the defense. In most games last few years but in the big games we couldn’t handle Georgia. I saw him last year in an early game I was watching of Arkansas and that is the guy I said most about. Really not all because of his size but more how immovable he was. I asked my buddy who is that #95 i believe was his number. He is a HUGE (pun intended) problem in the middle.

I wonder why he didn’t have shoulder surgery right after the season if that is what was needed? Or whatever surgery he needed. I know he was watching the draft but if he had to have surgery the MLB teams had the information on that.

I’m fairly old. Not like about to die old, but old enough I’ve seen just about every high and low being a Texas fan has to offer and I’m going to say with confidence that I’ve never seen Texas basketball as stacked with talent from top to bottom as they’re right now. Man it’s hard to fathom what Sean Miller has been able to do in a short period of time. His only problem now is figuring out how to get everyone on the court and maximize all this talent. I’ve not had alot of happy days watching Texas basketball but that’s about to change. Moody needs to be packed out and let’s get behind this seemly runaway train.

These courts do some crazy things nowadays. Find the right judge and it might work. The most powerful in order: 1. God 2. Federal Judges

Yeah I fully think you are spot on on this. In the states where they’re the only big team in the state everybody roots for them. Arkansas is another and Oklahoma. You can count on one hand the amount of people in those states that grew up there that doesn’t root for their team. It’s almost to a cult like following. In Texas there is a dozen teams that draw a fan base. It’s just different than these small states where their team is all they have.

I’m not mad at the kid and appreciate what he tried to do here, but we need to get better in certain areas and this is one of them. I wish him well
