  1. He just needs to be faster than the dude chasing him
  2. I remember North Shore had a RB the same year Bijan was a senior. He got kicked off his team before the state championship. One school revoked his offer and he ended up at TCU. I remember him playing but never reached the level of Bijan. Bijan is a good human so there is that
  3. The nose hoop combined with blue or pink hair. NO
  4. In reference to C.J's dating red flags....no chicks with butterfly tats on her elbow, no girls who film themselves working out at the gym, etc,, What were some of the "Red Flags" when it comes to recruits? For me, it is the guys who spend too much time promoting themselves on social media. As much as I was excited about the possibility of getting Evan Stewart a few years ago, it didn't take me long to tire of his constant self-promotion. IF you are great, others will promote you. Another huge red flag for me would be a guy who already has a criminal record in high school. I think Texas does a great job of vetting these types but other programs seem to attract them....Georgia. For the record, we should stay away from recruits with butterfly tattoos on their elbow. I side with CJ on this.

  10. Apparently, the bars in Ann Arbor are very busy
  11. Richard Wesley will enroll in January at the ripe old age of 16 This means the following: * He will not be able to legally drink until after he graduates from college. (assuming he graduates in 4 years)) * Any girl he dates will risk being accused of statutory rape * In theory he cannot go to an "R" rated movie without a parent. I can only imagine being 16 and playing football at one of the top 3 programs in the nation. Life is about to get interesting for the young man

  14. Camp Waldemar Camp Waldemar is a girl’s encampment along the banks of the Guadalupe River in the Texas Hill Country. In the spring of 1984 I was a sophomore in high school playing football and track. One day after practice our QB, a guy named Matt Burns stopped me in the parking lot at school and invited me to a meeting of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) a ministry aimed at players, coaches and officials in the athletic world. I went to the meeting and soon became involved in a Bible study. A few weeks later I signed up for an event called “Weekend of Champions” to be held at Camp Waldemar. My school took about 8-10 athletes and it was to change my life. The last night there, along the tranquil banks of the Guadalupe River, I surrendered my life to Jesus Christ. Our camp counselors included college athletes including two from the University of Texas (OL Greg Wright and Punter John Teltshick). Both of them prayed with me, which was an awesome experience since they were teammates with my brother Russell. Teltshick would become an All-American and spent several years as the punter for the Philadelphia Eagles. Yesterday when I heard of the tragic events in the hill country, it made me think of that special moment in my life. I continue to pray for the families that have lost so much. Jesus please embrace and welcome those little children who were lost Amen
  15. The few who did migrated to Celina
