    Texas cornerback Jahdae Barron has been named a Finalist for the Nagurski Award - presented to the best defensive player in the country. The other finalists include Penn State defensive end Abdul Carter, Michigan defensive tackle Mason Graham and South Carolina edge Kyle Kennard. The awards will be announced December 9th.

    Arkansas had speakers on the sidelines for the Texas game, I don't think it is all that uncommon.

    On one hand Florida’s recruiting momentum would be silenced, whereas the other means one of the more potent teams in CFB would be eliminated from contention. Almost a win-win?
