  1. Great question for the committee. My answer to you would be they won all of the games they were supposed to win. Texas did not.
  2. We will see how it plays out.
  3. I wonder how many OL do depart vs. how many Texas fights to retain. The number could rise up to 4-5 based off of early portal predictions. Exit meetings will be important for the Longhorns to retain the guys they hope to see on campus in 2026.
  4. That will change. WR is the deepest portal position every single offseason. Give it a week or two and there will be several WR1 caliber options in the portal.
  5. I don’t see a path unless the committee overreacts tonight. Texas would need to jump Miami and Vandy tonight to have a chance imo
  6. Probably a couple. Texas will take a WR, I forgot to include.
  7. Of course, specialists as well.
  8. It is going to be really interesting to see how many kids actually portal out of Texas. That will obviously impact the numbers on how many the staff can import. My estimations go like this – OL (2x-3x), RB, S, CB, LB, DL or 2 makes sense again.
  9. From McKinney. Wasn’t a lot of interest originally out of HS, but has experience and is a physical back
  10. Part of that paycheck is going full politician mode, I am sure this falls in the unglamorous part of being a head coach lol
  11. Durham has not entered the portal, and I don't really expect him to at the moment.
  12. I think Marsh has WR1 ability. It was a rocky 2025 season for him. He had some drops, their QB play was poor and ultimately the Spartan faithful felt like there was more left on the table for him this season. At the end of the day, he has very similar skillset to Emmett Mosley V imo.
  13. This is a big entrance. I had alluded to watching MSU after they parted ways with their HC, Marsh was the reason why. I expect there to be interest from Texas, but we will see.
  14. Good ballplayer. Not a great tackler,however.
  15. I would imagine that is one of Missouri's cant lose players.
  16. Mostly worked out of the slot this season. Based off of the name alone, sign me up! lol
  17. 480 snaps this season, 50 of which came in the slot. Allowed 31-50 completions this year (62%). 3 PBU, 1 INT.
  18. Saw just 7 snaps after week five of the season. Six appearances on the season. Was a redshirt junior per Tennessee. 6-foot-3-inches and 315 pounds.
  19. Tracking Portal Entrants Across the Country *** Starting an ongoing thread for portal entrants this December and January. There will be a separate thread for Texas entrants, but this should provide an idea of which talent elsewhere is going to be on the move this offseason.
  20. Would be big on both ends. Goosby could end up being the top tackle in the league next season.
  21. His camp was pushing hard for the Florida job. Florida kindly said "no thank you."
