Banks says the Ohio State EDGEs don't take a play off at all. Says they both are super physical and now it is up to the OL room to creating time for Ewers.
Helm: "I think we're really dangerous as underdogs. We've been underdogs for a lot of big games in my early years here, such as Alabama at home, and then, obviously, Alabama on the road, in a really tough environment in Tuscaloosa. So, I think being underdogs, that aspect of it, makes us really dangerous as a team."
Helm credits Sarkisian and the staff for establishing the program from when he first arrived. In regards to draft picks, on field play, team GPA and on.
On the 2OT TD:
Helm says the Longhorns ran the same play against Iowa State and scored there as well. Says the play call has been in the bag for the Longhorns the entire season, and Texas tried to run it earlier in the year against Michigan but it was shot down.
Majors says his favorite Cowboy ever was Tony Romo. Mentions Travis Frederick was always someone he enjoyed watching. Mentioned it being very cool that he is getting to play ball at AT&T Stadium having grown up such a big Cowboys fan.
Jake Majors says the OL, TE and RB room did not play to their standard. But that all three rooms have been walking around with a chip on their shoulder following the Peach Bowl victory.
Majors says it was easy for him to see the blitz that was coming. Said he was about to turn around and tell Ewers to hold up, but Ewers was already in the process of adjusting the call.

Quinn Ewers says he didn't even watch the 4th & 13 conversion on tape after the game. Instead, he says he went straight to Ohio State preparation.
Ewers says the offense needs to have 1st and 2nd down wins against Ohio State.
Points to being able to extend drives in manageable 3rd down situations. Also wants to punch it in in the red zone.
Ewers says he doesn't speak too much with CJ Stroud anymore, but the two did catch up after Silas Bolden committed to Texas. Bolden and Stroud were HS teammates.
Ewers on his time at Ohio State:
"I learned a lot while I was there under Coach Day and CJ (Stroud)... Super thankful for the time I spent there. I don't regret any decision I made on (leaving)."
