  1. 100%. Still a lot to prove but go watch the highlights. Accuracy is accuracy.
  2. I’d put the Florida and OU games together in this discussion. Mateer was slinging it yesterday and Sark is going to have to show that his offense can win in a shootout one of these days.
  3. The Buckeyes defense requires us to lean on a running back that can punish them and take over a game. (We don’t have one) or go bully ball with our QB like Auburn did in Waco Friday night. The third choice, ironically, is to pick them apart with short passes like Quinn would have done last year. Arch’s lack of touch on short passes was frankly shocking yesterday for a kid who has been groomed in QB camps his whole life.

  5. So reminiscent of Mack before VY. The talent to beat most teams but an inability to galvanize that talent to get the most out of them against the best teams. It took a QB from Madison HS to do that for Mack. Arch needs to step TF up and do it for Sark.
  6. Yep he’s what we need. Unfortunately he’s a high school senior right now and we still can’t score inside the five.
  7. For a team with such elite talent we seem to lack a home run hitter or a sure 2 yarder at RB. The two starters are good but not great. Just watch other games today.
  8. Yes. Because we lost the game.
  9. Yep. And his lack of red zone prowess goes back to his days at the Falcons. It’s not a new thing. For all our portal acquisitions go get a damn fullback and run it up peoples ass inside the five. Nothing ever changes. It’s asinine.
  10. Yeah you go for it there every time. Unfortunately it ended up exactly like 2023 Red River and 2024 Cotton Bowl. Zero improvement in our ability to punch it in against a good defense.
  11. Deserved. Sark needs to legit apologize to PK for not holding up his side of the bargain two years in a row.
  12. 9/15 for 38 yds and an INT Worst case scenario for Arch and Sark.
  13. Baker had a false start. But agree they are holding up.
  14. Yep big third quarter to dispel that well earned reputation.
  15. I’m honestly shocked at the play calling. How many times are we going to run a slow developing run play on second down? You could call it from a mile away on that last drive.
  16. Thank you PK and an Australian kicker for being ready. Sark and Arch you got some catching up to do. This has been a terribly called first half.
  17. These second down slow developing runs are killing me.
  18. Need a designed run for manning to get the nerves knocked off him. Feels like we’re driving a Buick out there on offense. Need our explosive players more involved. Wingo end around, Moore slants, whatever.
  19. Hell no. Are you kidding?
  20. 2-2 in the series and this feels like a rivalry that’s been going on for the history of college football. Either way someone’s getting 3-2 scoreboard Saturday.
  21. Yep all that comes with coaching. Ryan Day earned his reputation against Michigan and still wears it on his neck. He’ll probably get over it this year but you don’t lose to Michigan six times in a row at Ohio State. In similar fashion any time a coach goes 2-3 against OU you’ll start hearing about it. 0-2 against Ohio State he’ll hear about it. 0-3 against Georgia he’ll hear about it. My point was that to withstand any one of those you need counter points which this win would hugely provide.
