The Committee flipped Bama and Notre Dame last week for just this reason + the ability to ignore the Miami H2H by saying “they aren’t next to each other in the rankings, otherwise we would have considered it”.

You captured a lot of what the fans are feeling, Jeff. If the committee publishes principles, they need to follow those principles. It’s bad enough they adjust their process on a weekly basis, but they will even shift it within the same weekly rankings.
