    When they interviewed Matt Campbell after the lost fumble on the goal line toss I was shocked he said it was a great play call and they just have to take care of the ball. After the K State edge rusher had two sacks the opening drive, he blitzed from the left edge untouched on a blown line assignment as Becht got rid of it to avoid a third consecutive loss. Both coordinators are trying to do too much with no fundamentals. Add on top of it absolutely terrible discipline and execution by the players.

    There's a thread with some of the upcoming games that Gerry and CJ outlined earlier today. For Texas recruits, commits from the state of Florida play tonight and this weekend. Dia Bells game for American Heritage is nationally broadcast tonight and Derrick Cooper with Chaminade Madonna plays tomorrow on national tv. For future Texas high school games I believe you can watch live broadcasts through Dave Campbell's website with a paid subscription as their games start next week.

    That bald lady the other day on ESPN hosting Druski didn't even recognize a Barry Sanders jersey. ESPN is painful unless it's simply watching the game.

    No need to throw more gasoline on the fire but I respect opposing views and CJs reporting. CJ consistently expresses honest opinions and provides facts to support his thinking. Some may disagree with him at times but we are all Longhorns.

    Yes. Always play to win. Shouldn't be in the DNA to expect anything less than winning every time. If you falter, you don't take for granted the ability to win. Always push to be the best. Texas is the standard.

    Very high praise. Arch is old school and represents Blue collar ideals. He seems to be focused on his leadership abilities and team first attitude. We are lucky to have him.
