  1. The Big 12 can make a lot of teams look inconsistent.
  2. Mitchell is going in the 1st round now with his 4.35, Worthy probably still goes in the 2nd because of his hands.
  3. Terry has found his closing lineup. Hunter, Abmas, Weaver, Cunnigham, and Disu have the potential to obilerate teams offensively, and the defense wasn't bad today. That lineup for the most part closed out OSU 29-13 in the last 12 minutes. I think a similar lineup was putting the screws to Tech before Brock got thrown out.
  4. That's a very good time for 200+ pounds. Texas S&C showing out at the combine so far.
  5. Damn Murphy and Sweat.
  6. Just have to laugh my ass off at any predictions of aggy having a winning record in league play. They are going to be awful next year.
  7. With how this team has played lately, they would probably lose to OSU and then go beat Baylor. I think 10-8 is doable now, Baylor doesn't play great defense and is missing a key rotational player. They also play KU on Saturday at home then have the quick turnaround on Monday.
  8. Team is locked in defensively right now. Finally showing some energy on the road.
  9. Man we lack size both vertically and horizontally on this team. Can't wait for this season to be over so we can say good-bye to Hunter and Mitchell.
  10. I bet if Ford tests well at the combine he moves up 50 or so spots.
  11. I think Texas would probably abide by the spirit of the rule, OU probably not. But if Oatis enters the portal, all bets are off.
  12. I can't find anything about the rule changing.
  13. I just don't understand why a team leader would do such a horrible thing. The locker room is a scared place and even if he corrected course the damage was already done. Cordova's initial reaction to the news that his teammate had a peanut alergy was to go out of his way to do him harm. It's really sad. Cordova deserves a 2nd chance, but not at UT.
  14. A position so diverse that you could play in the NFL at any level. This reminds of that draft guru Ketch would bring on that swore Aaron Harris would be a safety in the NFL.
  15. This is so stupid it's not even worth considering. The SEC and B1G are not going to replace the NCAA because they don't want to deal with the headache of being sued every other day.
  16. Interesting. Adam Silver said today the NBA is considering getting rid of the Ignite. He sights NIL as a big reason why, but the real reason is that the players that have graduated from it are complete dog ****.
  17. The player has to want to improve as well. Hunter doesn't have the desire to be great. Same problem with Jalen Green with Houston. Top 1% in NBA athleticism, but no desire to be a great basketball player.
  18. I will say it until I am blue in the face, but Ron Holland made a really bad decision. He could have been a one year star here, and eventually taken over the offense in place of Hunter. Shooting 24% BTA in the GLeague is not doing a lot for his draft stock. He's playing in a glorified AAU league which has not had a lot of success of one and dones getting drafted into the NBA. I guess he has a shot to rebuild his stock this weekend.
  19. Plonksy had little to do with women's athletics becoming a juggernaunt. Once her ability to make bad hires was taken away, Del Conte started hiring great coaches.
  20. After their loss last night, aggy needs to move to the very least last 4 in, if not 1st 4 out.
  21. He will be good for 3 or 4 games until his reckless style of play leaves him injured. While, getting Denbrock is a major coup, Riley is not Daniels and Notre Dame has no where close to the skill talent that LSU has enjoyed the last 2 seasons.
  22. I see 3 really good teams in Texas, Georgia, and Ole Miss. A couple of teams that the jury will be out on in LSU (lost everything on offense) and FSU (can they recover from last year). The rest of the "ranked" teams on their schedule are laughable inclusions at this point in time.
