  1. Miller: "Our defense fueled our offense and picked up the tempo."
  2. Miller: "It's not comfortable when you're losing and playing hard... You can lose confidence when you lose the game. When you win a game... Learn from it, grow from it... Our next opportunity is at Auburn... Going into that game with some confidence is really good for our team."

  9. Texas was down by seven at halftime. Swain said Miller challenged the team, telling them, "You can fold now if you want. But we've got a long season. If you've got some dog in you, you'll fight."
  10. Swain said Sean Miller motivated the team by showing them a horse race. The point, Swain said, was to just keep running the race. It doesn't matter how you start, just keep running the race and see where you stand when it's over.

  12. We're waiting for the postgame press conference to start after Texas snapped a two-game losing streak with a blowout win over No. 21 Georgia at Moody Center on Saturday, 87-67. Sean Miller's Longhorns are now 12-8 overall and 3-4 in SEC play. Each of those three wins has come against AP Top 25 opponents.
