This is the right answer. You schedule cupcakes in nonconference so you can schedule your marquee nonconference games in the playoffs. You do the opposite, and you roll the dice.

I think the need for a developed pass-catching TE is underrated on this team. We expect great things from Townsend, but it sounds like he is 1/2 season away.

Oddly, I ended up agreeing with both of you. I find it legitimate to ask and susceptible to a dodge, but a slightly different one. Arch could simply talk about how he has improved.
