OB breaks a Trevor Goosby knee injury the exact moment Bobby posts a missive on how good the O-line is….roller coaster of a morning considering I read Bobby first!

Watch this guy's take on our LBs. Starts at 44:55. He thinks it's the biggest weakness on the team. Seems skeptical Biles can handle size in SEC. Thinks Cryer is not that good. It's really a pretty good preview of Texas. And they have Texas winning the SEC, so he's no hater.

I bet Arch never saw him

We deserve to be at 7 after last year. Arch inaccuracy, Florida loss, Kentucky OT, Miss St OT, Vanderbilt close win.....it was an ugly season last year for a preseason #1. Make us prove it

Texas had four first team all Americans in 2005 (post season). This would tie (eclipse with Neblitt at returner) that.

Seems so quiet on Johnson Rubell and Hicks

I would actually have Brackens tied with DJ at 4

He had better stats in 3 years than Orakpo in 4!

    No Tony Brackens is wild

Does Texas expect Johnson and Punch to be here two years?

    why don't you like Montana?

    Will he play much there?
  14. Hornio
Yep, with no cash interest or amort. I wonder what the guaranteed minimum return is? 10% per annum?

That's an absolute bargain for him, especially when you consider the top WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba is almost double Bijan at $42mm per year and $168mm total vs $75mm and $130mm guaranteed vs $50mm. i really thought Bijan would get $100mm+

Is Myron Charles really the 2nd team DT, or would a NT play before him in a 4-3 or 4-2-5 defense? Curious how Charles compares to Sharma or Watson in the pecking order at DT

Have you heard anything about Jordan Pope's appeal and is Texas interested (do we even have room)?

Sark, With the offensive game planning and play calling so bad the last couple years, why did you retain the offensive play caller?
  21. Hornio
We were in this same position last year with Volantis and absolutely should have moved him as we lost a home regional as the #2 overall seed. All feels very similar with the late fade this year. I would take a chance and move him.

    1. Is Arch ready to consistently be great week in and week out? 2. Penalties, route running mistakes, QB misreads, drops....mental errors all over the field last year. Are we a smarter football team? 3. Offensive play calling has been poor the last few years. Sark makes some really nutty calls. He needs to be better. Fix those three things, and we are unstoppable. O-line, safety, special teams...all will be fine.

What is the plan for the Denius practice fields and the current indoor bubble? Will it be redeveloped?
  24. Hornio
QB – Hopeful RB – Great WR – Elite TE – Great OL – Good DL – Great EDGE – Elite LB – Great CB – Elite S – Good

This is right. He's a third team guy. One of the freshmen got hurt and they need a body
