I'm just being 100% real as always. He was the top defensive player on the board in the portal. for good reason
  2. Gerry Hamilton
Haha. That won't happen But Cody Campbell is about to try and give him the keys to the smelly city

OTF fully expects him to return to Florida.

Yep. Texas will add some good parts, while also not getting them all. I am concerned about LB in Muschamp's scheme if Alliegro opts for Ohio State and something doesn't end with a Texas commit by Uluave. For his scheme to maximize, he has to get what he needs at LB. Biggest thing for me is team discipline. There is no way Texas can finish 130 in penalties and win anything of true meaning next year. That just shrinks the margin for error too much.

OTF believes Texas will get Cal LB transfer Cade Uluave on campus Thursday or Friday. The 6-foot-1, 235 pounder recorded 97 tackles and 3 sacks in 2025. Uluave went into the transfer portal with a “no contact” tag.

    Absolutely not

Texas had him No. 4 when the portal opened, as a player. They just liked three others more, but he's a quality ILB with football smarts/savvy.

No. Texas just has others they like better. He was NO. 4 on the initial LB list when the portal opened. But Woodyard is also a very good player.

Some confidence on the Texas side on multiple guys. I'm always in wait and see mode on the high level recruitments because the agents are in full control

I like where Texas sits here. We shall see if it's terrific

I personally think he's a top 3-4 round NFL draft pick.
  18. Gerry Hamilton
Haven't heard that yet. But I can say this, college coaches will like him a lot more than any bad portal rankings out there.

OTF has been wondering who the No. 1 LB target is, well Christian Alliegro, Avon (Ct.) Old Farms/Wisconsin is that guy that's been on top of the board (along with one other). He's expected to visit this week. I'm a big fan of his talent. Wisconsin highlights from this season ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xZMJL8oOhw

Haha! Yeah the good 'ole days of Cleveland being a multi-round 4A playoff team in hoops and football are long gone. Now 6A ... without the athletes to compete
