Mathis, 6-1.5 and 288 pounds, and family remain scheduled to make an unofficial visit this weekend for the Mississippi State game. This will be the first visit to Texas for the Peach State prospect. Mathis committed to LSU September 6, 2024. OnTexasFootball rates Mathis as a 4-star++ prospect.
