Watching Arch in person twice this season, and especially last night it seems to me that he's lost a step. He's easily caught from behind, whereas last season it looked like he had breakaway speed. Don't believe anyone's talking about it & I'm not apologizing for Arch. He sure looks tentative running the ball or deciding to do so. My 2 cents.

I hope Sark builds to more playing time for him. The last series was good to see, but the scope of what we tried was very limited. At least KJ got to throw (and complete) a short pass. I don't think we advanced more than 5 yards total.

I see 3 large humans, albeit freshmen, who haven't had a snap this season. Any chance of them getting reps soon, just in case? March would be a good time. You could fly into Edinburgh & spend a couple of days there - lots to see. Took that route several years back, drove to Aberdeen (mixed business 3 days with pleasure). From there west to Inverness & Fort William for 2 days. Then drove to Glencoe, Glasgow and back to Edinburgh to fly back home. As others suggested, there is a lot to see & wished I could have done & seen more. Hook Ém!

Great work, not really surprised. My sense is it's a bigger protection problem.

Some of us have been watching similar dramas for a several decades now. I have the sense that we better, and should win big tomorrow night. All our coaches should be coaching like their hair is on fire, and our players should be playing with a fire in their bellies. Heaven help Sark if we lose, we've put up with a lot of bs in the past, but we never put up with it for long.

I guess, if I'm being honest, I'm a bit more optistic than optimistic.

Miami used to be independent - their first 3 natties were all as an independent.

One of the things that stand out from the article is "captured just a single national title since 1970". This is more telling about our determination and focus than anything else. I had hopes (perhaps misguided) that we would improve that record with Sark.

Arch plays like Grandpa, not a pocket passer. Needs to be on the move.

All we can do is deal with the one game in front of us. I think if we go 7-5 or worse that the coaching staff will look a lot different next year.

I've started to pick it up the past couple of weeks. Purchased several Clive Cussler novels at the Goodwill store. Seems to be a good time to start a book club ...
