    A blocked FG in 2016 is the only reason James Franklin still has a job at PSU in 2024. If that didn’t happen he would’ve been fired in 2021. Crazy to think about.

    They had some decent seasons under Houston Nutt, Darren McFadden, Felix Jones, and Petrino's first stint, but have never recaptured the success they had in the 1960s

    Arkansas always plays Texas better than any other team on their schedule. This beatdown won't change the fact that it will be a war in Fayetteville in two weeks.

    Can’t win a natty every season. It’s hard to have a dynasty like the Yankees, Warriors, Lakers, Patriots, Bama, etc. Don’t think it won’t be Coach Elliott’s last one at Texas, though. He’ll get at least one more.

    Not worried. Hilson himself said he won’t make an emotional decision based off of one game. It will be based on where he thinks he has the best shot at the NFL.

    I’m a Texas fan but I’m a realist too. I don’t see all this side to side passing with all these other QBs or lack of deep shots like I see with this offense. Sorry.
