  1. Hard to pick this one since we can't really read what Sark is thinking/doing to truly fix the issues. Heart tells me we pull it out by making a big play at the end of the game 31-30 but my brain says they embarrass us 37-23 cause Sark waits to long to see Center/Arch and Special Teams are the major issues with this team.
  2. Seems he has had that shell shocked look for some time now.
  3. @Jeff Howe no argument.... it's worse, worse, worse....
  4. 1.Sark's Not changing 2.Coaches aren't the issues 3. Best practice ever 4.OC play calling is not the issue. 5. They are a really good team 6. Look at our history 7. Goals are still in front of us 8. Ran the plays we wanted, just didn't execute. 9. Yada, Yada, Yada
  5. Yep, that's all the facts in a nutshell trash can... not ready to say dumpster fire yet and hoping I don't have to say that.
  6. Well;, you gotta be able to block on a 3rd and 1 and don't have that either '
  7. Well, sticking to my to 31-23 pick, figured we'd need a defensive TD to put them away... but since Arch is in a funk that is so thick I"m not sure he'll ever come out of it I'm truly concerned.
  8. @JeffHowe the most confusing part to me is that we hit the portal for TE's to help with our running game and we have missed on that so bad. So is that a recruiting error or is our TE coach to blame for not prepping them for each opponent.
  9. Mods, who determines what players are in the game on our offensive plays? It just seems to me that Sark makes the right call but it's head scratching to see what RB is getting the ball (I.e. Brown on a short and 2). Not understanding why Bishop and Cooper aren't getting more looks when they appear to be our players with the most Pop. So the package goes in and Sark then calls the play based on those players or is it pretty much everyone knows how to run the play, let's do it and see what we get?

  10. its obvious to me that Arch has the yips and is not seeing the whole field on a lot of plays. I'm not sure who is helping him with his progressions and coaching him during the game. That interception at the end of the game is unexplainable... .tied game, not 5 yards or more open throw it away. Play another play, still can go in to OT and win it. with his pedigree, all the experts in his ear he shouldn't be making those kind of mistakes. But what can you do? You have a NIL QB with NIL Stars - you can't bench them.
  11. Never thought we were #1 and I'm not sure at this point we are even Top Ten because of all the mental mistakes I'm seeing. Special teams needs to be totally revamped. If Sark isn't going to give up play calling he needs someone with better insight in his ear. Someone needs to explain to me how Arch's technique breaks down and he makes the kind of mistake he made at the end of the game today. Great teams know how to gut a team at the end of the game to win and we are not anywhere close to that mentally.
  12. 17-6 TX with us scoring late to put it out of reach.... wouldn't be surprised if is a defensive TD
  13. Great job Jeff as always... Love seeing the details that matter. Keep em coming.
  14. Agree totally with this one. With as aggressive as our defense is trick plays should work. UNLESS we keep our head in the game and play as taught by the Master champ.
  15. Indiana, don't think it will be close either.
  16. @Jeff HoweHow come the announcers and Ref's missed their right guard jumping early on the TD pass. Play should have been dead. and CS's piss poor act (pun intended) really changed the whole outlook of this game. I'm sure Champ has the right way to handle that never happening again.
  17. Had to be a seriously blind Photographer to have taken those photos and like most of us we're covering our eyes to see the crap that was going on during the game..
  18. Agree totally on this although at this point I don't think as a whole we are #1 right now, but after the gauntlet we will go thru if we stay healthy then at the end of the year we can definitely be in the final game. After watching last night that game could definitely fall on which way fumbles bounce.
  19. Watched the Westlake-Ponder game and Coach Salazar needs to study up on when to short kick. His call with over 5 minutes left in the game in my opinion cost them big. Was pretty obvious the offenses were unstoppable last night. Giving them a short field was Charlie Strongish.
