  2. I used to just say "Drew Kelson" every time I saw Joel Klatt, but over the past few years I've really enjoyed his podcasts. He said after the OU-Tennessee game that OU had some major schematic problems, that their RPO schemes weren't sound and that it wouldn't matter who was playing QB. Today he said Venables' offensive staff would require a complete tear down.🤷‍♂️
  3. I don't think you're posting in good faith...
  4. @CJ Vogel, there was a day when this would be considered “unsportsmanlike”🤘
  5. Venables gave him some novel looks in the first few possessions. I think he was trying to take care of the ball. Other than the Golden throw (and who knows, maybe Golden ran the route a bit shallow) and the throw to Bond (who tripped in his cut), Quinn could of been 22 of 29 for 76% completion rate? Just a thought.
  6. Good for sixth in SEC. NOS.
  7. Assuming it’s an ACL?
  8. -3.5 now.
  9. Haver isn't even the starting DS, apologies to Lance St. Louis.🤘
  10. The Friday injury update -
  11. I had to follow the 09 OU game on a phone from Salem, MA. Pretty memorable (and miserable).
  12. To be fair, our statistical leaders at QB rarely got to play all three in the same season. Vince did in 04? Major in 99 (although Cotton Bowl was on 1/1/2000)?
  13. IMO, Fowler is definitely the best in the biz. I think Klatt is Herbstreit's equal for color. Not a fan of Gus and his breathless play-by-play. Rece Davis is good. Jesse Palmer is good. Greg McElroy should be promoted. Nessler and Danielson are great, but we all lose a step. Brando is lucky to have a job, Spencer Tillman is good, but a Sooner. Dusty Dvoracek still beat his best friend with a baseball bat. I tell you who I can't stand on play-by-play - Joe Tessitore's hyperventilations and Sean McDonough's bored-out-of his-mind half-assed ruminations.
  14. Impressive win on the road. Other than Florida, Kentucky and Auburn are the only other currently ranked programs in the SEC. I thought the SEC would be a step up in Volleyball competition, but so far it's a push.
  15. Nice win on the road 🤘
  16. I'm not sure he's figured out that he's no longer the outmatched underdog.
  17. Wake and bake for the hippies in Eugene this weekend.
  18. @GerryHamilton has him as 4+ 😜
  19. Yup, Bama executed Vandy's game plan for them.
  20. ....actually, it wasn't even a crazy weekend. All that happened in the span of 12 hours on a Saturday. Insane.
  21. Line is -14.5. When is the last time a TX-OU line was two TDs?
  22. What a crazy weekend. From the Athletic - 1. It’s always the Saturdays that look lightest on paper that deliver the zaniest results. This one saw five of the nation’s top 11 teams go down, four of them to unranked opponents. It was arguably the most hectic day the sport has seen since Nov. 12, 2016, when five top-10 teams fell to unranked foes.
