  1. That missed FG probably would have been blocked if was down the middle. UM had a guy screaming off the edge. The pass rush is there, just still waiting on the sacks.
  2. Damn. Saw him make some plays and heard his name, but had no idea his stat line looked like that....🤘
  3. OTF killed it this weekend, but wanted to give CJ some special mention. From the owning the airport story and providing some needed levity for my pre-game jitters, to his pre-game and post-game coverage to almost nailing the score (I laughed when I heard his prediction), CJ killed it. Hook 'em, CJ 🤘
  4. The static images of formations are a great addition. I'd pay a sub to see Rod and Tony Hills on a "Talking Ball" or "Rewatch" series. 🤘
  5. Local forecast is now 98 and humid for Sat.
  6. Ha! I heard that, too. Being on the west side of Francine is going to make for another uncomfortable Sat afternoon on Bevo Blvd. Fortunately, it's a 6:30 kick.
  7. Wondering if a very few boosters have an oustsized influence on the athletic department in Lubbock. Seems like they might not be navigating the NIL era as well as some thought. I slept through a 1/3 of the their game last night, but Morton looked bad during the time I was awake.
  8. Sagarin's model says Aggies favored by 3 @ UF. 🤷‍♂️
  9. The models are pretty much meaningless after only 2 weeks of input. Having said that, Sagarin's model has Texas at #2 and would be a 2pt favorite vs UGA in Austin (again, after only 2 weeks of data). http://sagarin.com/sports/cfsend.htm I used Sagarin's model to win a few college football pools against the line with a winning percentage of barely 50%. He's been doing this for almost 30 years. I've been following since 1998 when his model favored us against A&M. Again, the models are pretty much meaningless after 2 weeks. 😎🤘
  10. complEmentary 🤦‍♂️
  11. Is it possible to win with defense in 2024? Michigan did last year, but OU's offense isn't playing complimentary football. I know they ran that formula to a National Championship in 1999, but not sure Venables can win 8 games in 2024. I guess we'll find out on 9/21.
  12. Wasn't Tennessee neutral site? At any rate, none of the coaches watched the games, nor did their SIDs.
  13. 🤘
  14. Exactly. We'll see if Ward can put it together for a season. Napier and staff can't find their ass with two hands.
  15. I have a hard time believing UF can't buy Napier out. It's just a negotiating strategy for the donors scheming to buy him out. Same for Norvell.
  16. stellar content 🤘
  17. Early loss that won't mean much other than losing the #1, which might not be a bad thing. Was surprised they couldn't maintain their 4th-set momentum to the 5th set.
  18. big 🖕to ATT, who blocked all my ESPN access (including streaming) on Labor Day Weekend, I watched a pirated stream on YouTube for free and planned my transition to Google Fiber and YouTubeTV.
  19. FSU caught lightning in a bottle last year, but this year suggests you're not best served managing your roster in the portal.
  20. You have info to which I'm not privy, but yeah, I'm glad his football career isn't over and he's overcome a devastating knee injury.
  21. 6 catches, 121 yds, 1 TD for Neyor, happy for him 🤘
  22. Astros are on SpaceCitySports (remnants of the old ATT Regional Sports Network) and only available to stream on FUBO and .... DirectTV/Uverse. Unfortunately, FUBO just dropped all Water Bros/Discovery channels that my wife watches (Food Network, HGTV etc). The cable landscape is absolute garbage.
  23. ATT also has blocked access to all ESPN+ streaming content, which I pay ESPN for....
