  1. For the first game, I would start at Scholz on the south side of the stadium. They always have pre-game stuff going on. Scholz Garten From Scholz, you walk through a ton of tailgating on your way to the stadium, then walk through Bevo Blvd and east up to the LBJ Library for the pre-game concert (OTF's tailgate is usually up there). This will give you a sense of the old-school (Scholz and southside tailgates) and new-school (Bevo Blvd) pre-game scene. Go grab a burger at Dirty Martin's after the game (or maybe Crown & Anchor). Dirty Martin's Place Crown & Anchor Typically tailgates will be going by 10am. Bevo comes in the south entrance at 11:45. Here's the gameday guide for Sat - Texas vs. Clemson - Gameday Guide Have a blast, raise some hell and Hook 'em 🤘
  2. Also gave their OL 5 minutes to rest for one last rep.
  3. LDW, is just “lower deck west”? You will be able to determine where by section number.
  4. jfc. The portal window is like an entire recruiting year of pants pissing wrapped up in three weeks. Don't forget, there's a spring window and almost a full four months to tamper.
  5. Hopefully this will be a nice night cap after a Sat afternoon win on 12/21.
  6. CDC has said several times on twitter that it will be a full home game experience.
  7. Weird this poster disappeared right around the Aggie game.
  8. I mean, we're not BYU! 😉
  9. I guess it's also important to point out that we're competing in a more sports than most universities in the NIL landscape. Football, Mens and Womens Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball, T&F, S&D, we invest to compete for national championships in all of those programs. My monthly donation pays for maybe a couple of chick-fil-a meals, but we make it nonetheless.
  10. Two small-town dudes that worked their asses off and probably made virtually nothing in NIL at Texas. Dmo didn't even make $1M in signing bonus. Really sucks.
  11. ...and he's sitting out the Duke bowl game.
  12. He's the antithesis of a Colin Klein QB. Unless Aggy has already fired Colin Klein? I haven't been keeping up.
  13. IDMAS in Texas.
  14. @Bobby Burton, can we get some OTF merch that reads- “With friends like @Gerry Hamilton, who needs Aggies?” I’m down for a dozen coffee mugs!
  15. Portal recruiting is a black box. Seems like recruiting services just don’t have the sources that have been developed in the HS recruiting circles (i.e. high school staffs). The signal-to-noise from agents in NIL era makes them pretty useless. I’ve had a theory that internet recruiting services cleaned up a lot of cheating. Too many people exchanging information. But portal recruiting is still the Wild West.
  16. Ah, man, just like that, our Falls County to Texas pipeline is gone. Best of luck to all these guys and I’ll follow Jaray and Derion wherever they land.🤘
  17. Is that the same leg as previous knee?
  18. @Gerry Hamilton, Aggie Provocateur 👍
  19. I used to teach. Anyone doing 5-8 hours of live, basically improvisational, broadcasts a week is going to get caught making some mistakes or stumbling or encountering some unfamiliar words, don't sweat it @Blake Munroe.
  20. ah, is this why On3's Texas staff graded this OL class as solid C-?
  21. I don't even understand the premise of that piece. It's like he's trying to cover his own ass by providing evidence that it was a last minute flip? The suit was "GEORGIA", the fam was "GEORGIA". It was a last minute decision? Informed by NIL? Duh? ...but why does it matter that Bobby B. was there? Just nonsensical.
  22. There's no way UGA takes Jackson Arnold at QB. I'm sure he's headed to Starkville to be reunited with Lebby.
  23. Is he really a "huge bust"? He came from a tiny-ass 2A program in Bremond, and then missed his senior year after trying to transfer to another tiny-ass (and poorly resourced) school his senior year. I would say he was more of a Bo Davis recruiting reach than a "bust". ...best of luck to Jaray, I hope he finds the field and success.
  24. ah, dang, one of the only two UT players I ever recall from my ancestral home in Falls County. I fear the other one might transfer this year, too.
