Didn't think I'd wake up this morning to find a link to a scholarly journal dedicated to Cormac McCarthy. I finally finished "Blood Meridian" this year. I had started it at least three times over the past 15 years and couldn't get past the seemingly gratuitous depictions of mindless violence. I started it again this year and the last 2/3 of the book were a revelation. Perspective warping. I finished it and immediately read it again. I've almost finished with the Border Trilogy now. Anyway, was stoked to see @harveycmd's post this morning. "You can find meanness in the least of creatures, but when God made man the devil was at his elbow. A creature that can do anything. For some reason I listened to Teddy Lehman and that Ikgard-guy's podcast last night. Today, I listened to my usual Joel Klatt podcast. They both said the same thing - this isn't a QB issue, it's an OL and offensive scheme issue.

With SEC's injury reports, I suspect players sign away HIPPA rights when they sign scholarship papers, but not certain.

If we have to play more Aggies, could they at least give us a road game in Las Cruces?

As I've heard Rod B say, Sark loves the long ball and he likes his offense to entertain. Last night reminded me of the first two years of Sark's offense, which was exciting but often frustrating (think Quinn's trip to Stillwater in 2022).

Somewhat off-topic, but the SEC Network+ production on their Texas Volleyball broadcasts is pretty underwhelming so far. We were spoiled by the quality of LHN's production all those years.

I agree, but I will say Bobby et al. do a better job than any other outlet covering all UT programs. That's one cool thing about the Director's Cup, it brings more attention to every program competing at UT.
