    One program just went 7-6, had to fire their 100 million dollar head coach and lost ALL of their top players from their historic “NIL” class while the other just went 12-2, a CFB appearance, had 11 players drafted and is coming into the season with a top 5 team.

    It’s A LOT easier to change after being a second round pick. Sydir is NO WHERE near that type of ceiling right now.

    Oregon and ohio state above us is pretty laughable if you ask me. We are THE only CFB team from last year in that top 5 with our head coach returning.

    It’s wild to think his talents aren’t translating better to the pros with the type of athlete he is, But i guess being instinctive matters more than athleticism at linebacker in the league.

    One thing you can’t deny is the players love for charlie. He might be an average head coach but not the same can be said for ability to foster relationships with his players.
