    Love the topic, but I'll counter your Blue fit with the Browns with a Chiefs recommendation. His speed, alongside the weapons on the outside, would be lethal in 3rd down packages... And a nice complement to Pacheco. But are his pass blocking skills solid enough for that role? Plus it sure doesn't seem like the Browns have the right culture in place for Blue to really take his game to the next level. But admittedly I'm only basing that on a gut feeling.

    Not sure any of those records will be broken, but I'd guess D'Onta & colts would have the highest likelihood. I actually had never heard of Kiki, but can't imagine someone recording 23 sacks in a college season. Nor can I see anyone posting 195+ tackles. Even in a 17 game season, that's 11.5 tackles per game... But he did it in 11 games - almost 18 tackles per game - Crazy!

    That may be true, but to Brian's point, I think there are some intricacies that would be interesting to learn about. For instance, where do things stand on 'pay for play' & is there a difference in how that can be set up if the NIL $ is from a marketing partnership, donor, or school funds? Can they provide incentives? Like if you get 5 sacks/TD's vs 10. Do schools handle that differently? How much assistance do kids get from the schools to help with investment/financial strategies? Does Texas do anything unique/special here that helps the kids moreso than other schools? I've got tons of questions, but the only info you see on the interwebs is fluff saying someone got $5 million, then others saying it's just a bunch of BS being floated. No real/accurate intel out there.

    Ha... Ain't that the truth. I was thinking he had 3rd round upside with good combine testing. But if he doesn't interview well, I hope he's not capped as a late round flyer.

    Just got ran across this story when looking up practice reports for our guys playing in Senior bowl / East-West shrine bowl... Jaydon Blue drops out of East-West Shrine Bowl Surprised by the bluntness of the quotes, would've expected a more PC, diplomatic approach if there was even a chance of there being a reasonable excuse. And definitely surprised his agents hadn't manufactured one if there wasn't - ha! Not a good look, especially considering some of his back story. Hope it's much ado about nothing and he succeeds in the league.

    For basketball... TJ Ford. Dude had incredible court vision. Loved the way he distributed the rock!

    I was too young to appreciate Ricky, but that's when my fandom began. Loved Major - never looked like a college athlete, but dude was a gamer... which gave me hope haha Roy Williams was the first guy that made me drop my jaw with some of his athletic catches.

    No joke. I tuned in right as Chip Brown was asking one of his typical long-winded questions and Sark gave him a full eye & head roll, before giving a snarky response. I'll admit I usually do the same when I hear Chip start talking, but I'm not on camera! 😂 While I'm not a CB fan, it seemed a little excessive from our HC. But still made me chuckle. On that note, Terry cracks my ass up. He's long-winded as well, but the way he always gets so philosophical is always entertaining!

    I hear ya... But still gotta give props to Curt Cignetti - what he has done has been awfully impressive. He's won more games in his first year than they had in the last 3 years combined. That's impressive regardless of the school. But to do that at a place that's only won 3 bowl games in it's history!? That said, there's a reason Ohio State is 13.5pt favorites against an undefeated, top-5 team... Vegas don't lie!

    Interesting... I'd be fine with Sark pulling this stunt on if the situation came up! Not sure I view it as cheating, moreso just using the rules to your advantage?

    I didn't see this, what happened and how did it benefit them? Not sure how having 12 men on the field induced them to throwing to jabaar, or how they're related?

    The comment about Quinn being under center signifying a trick play makes me nervous. Hopefully Sark's aware of that tendency, but if we see a trick play get blown up during the game... 🤯 Thoughts on the best way to counter that (outside of running trick plays from shotgun)? Would having him under center with similar motion, but running it straight up the gut really exploit much? I don't see us running more of our traditional offense from under center simply to break tendency.

    I'd go Lamar Jackson... Both have agility and speed, run tough but elusive, have cannons but struggle with touch on the short - intermediate throws. Cam was a bruiser (at least as far as running QBs go) with enough speed to burn ya. Tebow was probably a decent comp to Cam, from a running style. But Cam had a better arm. And LOUD game day attire.
