  1. @Gerry Hamilton Did you guys say you are about to start a weekly basketball show?
  2. Criminal fans are adamantly saying they think Mateer will play against Texas. I would be shocked if he does, but I wouldn't put it past them to try it. I don't get the Mateer hype. He hasn't exactly lit it up against good competition. Criminals can play him all they want.
  3. Back when? Six weeks?
  4. I'm guessing that criminal broke his thumb late in the game. Pure pansy talk.
  5. It's indisputable that Royal helped Fairbanks and Switzer on Switzer's request. Switzer ran an outlaw program thereafter. FBI investigations. Grade changing probation. Cocaine dealing QB. Women beating RB. How many felonies do they need to commit?
  6. What if the sun doesn't rise tomorrow?
  7. What was the year Switzer illegally spied Texas like a year after Royal literally taught him the wishbone to save his job? Again, this is karma.
  8. What are you talking about? This isn't some fake deal. You don't have fake surgery to confuse Texas.
  9. He's done. You don't have surgery on your throwing hand and come back in three weeks. This isn't arthroscopic surgery. Criminal has broken bone(s) in his throwing hand. Put pins or whatever. Hope he comes back for our game.
  10. 6-6 at best for the criminals.
  11. Saying is a shame that Mateer hurt is thumb is like saying it's a shame Anton Chirgurh broke his arm at the end of No Country for Old Men.
  12. Stoops literally bragged about knowing they were cheating and getting away with it. QB who runs around like a chicken with his head cut off against high level SEC defenses then turns up injured. Sucks for Auburn they got hosed, not Mateer.
  13. No it's not. The criminals have cheated their entire existence. They deserve the status the state of Oklahoma should rightly deliver to them. They never won anything without cheating. I don't get this crap.
  14. What are you talking about? The guy went to a criminal program for money and signed up to cheat! Anyone from Texas that goes to the criminals needs to be in prison.
  15. About 50/50 I'd say. When you have QB that runs around all over the place playing against high level defenses, he's not likely to last long.
  16. This is why you don't invest so heavily in hero ball. Scumbags.
  17. Criminal karma coming back to get the slimeballs. Never seen a program so proud to get away with cheating.
  18. Board and boosters have an inflated sense of what they can accomplish here. This won't get them any further this season; it won't help recruiting; it won't speed up the rebuild. Gundy is the program. End of story. They should have waited and cut ties at the end of the season. They could have still looked for a replacement and set things up. If anything, their negotiating position is worse now. It's mind boggling how business people get overly emotional when it comes to sports and end up shooting themselves in the foot.
  19. Can't stand gameday myself. Unfortunately, McAffee is popular, so that probably won't happen. Don't think Gundy would agree to the analyst roll at this point. Patterson did, but Gundy has a much bigger personality.
  20. Gundy needs to go into TV. He'd be great on a pre-game show, interviewing other coaches, throwing out zingers.
  21. No doubt. Should have waited until the end of the season. My guess on the Tuesday morning timing is they tried to get him to agree to a reduced buyout and a "resignation." He wouldn't do it, and they fired him. Maybe they win a game or two more than they would have, but this is bad for their program.
  22. Exactly. Georgia couldn't run against Ole Miss, Notre Dame and Kentucky. Ohio State couldn't run against, Michigan, Nebraska, and had real trouble against Penn State. Again, the list is long and distinguished.
  23. The weltschmerz from our fanbase and media about the run game is amusing. Had one the best rushing teams in the SEC last year, but all we hear is we can't run. We had trouble running the ball in some games and some situations. So did everyone else. Georgia had its worst run offense and run defense in years last season. The list goes on. To this point, Arch running in the redzone looks promising. Long way to go, but the handwringing and complaining are tiresome to say the least.
