    Mississippi State is not a good team. I think we’ll see something like 50-10 with a score or two set up by an offensive miscue. Young QB’s are going to make mistakes. Glad that Arch can get some valuable lessons this season before he’s the guy next year. The defense could get a shutout if the offense doesn’t turn it over.

    The day we announced Herman as coach. He made several coach-speak likes (like he wasn't going to watch film on current players) and I knew we'd be in the coaching carousel again. Dishonest leadership doesn't lead to success. That was a bad day.

    Don't be so confident in your math skills. That sack didn't happen on his first or second drive. At least have the self-awareness to retain a sense of humor.

    Bond and Golden are clearly 1 & 2. Cook is 3. Moore got snaps but not many targets. I feel bad for the TD that was nullified by holding. Wingo is a playmaker. Every touch has been really good. He'll be 3rd by mid-season. Not sure what will happen with Bolden. Probably insurance if any of the top 4-5 go down. Surprising because I thought he would be a difference maker. But Bond has made some big plays and Golden is super solid. With Gibson perhaps taking more snaps at RB, 2-3 more receptions for WR/TE are on the board. Niblack is going to get some looks too.

    Murphy hasn't been great, but his receivers have dropped several passes and generally aren't playmakers.

    Colorado State has multiple NFL guys, including a first round WR. This will be a lot more competitive than teams like Arkansas, OU, Mizzou, played.

    Watched a HS game with a fantastic QB. 6-2 190 Jr committed to Northwestern. He missed maybe 2 throws, but hit everything else - short, intermediate, and deep. Smooth, quick release. Plenty of zip. Dude was really good. I'll be surprised if he stays hidden at Northwestern. He'll get some flagship offers. Legit athlete too.

    I think A&M wins this one going away. It's at home, early in the year, and it will be hot. Neither team will light up the scoreboard, but Notre Dame could be held to single digits.

    I think it’s more of a trial run for two-sport athletes. think Jonah Williams. I jokingly thought sanders could be the wildcat guy, but if he’s on the field in any capacity there’s probably some major issues.
