    Seeing Ole Miss run a DT for 3-4 yards on 4th down makes me wonder if we have someone on the line who could power it in line Sweat did last season. We are near the bottom of 3rd and 4th and short so it couldn’t hurt to try something.

    I think Freeman was just trying to get Kirby to burn his second TO, and then would have punted - or called a TO if they couldn’t get them to jump.

    All things being equal, if Texas goes on offense first, not sure Sark goes for it on 4th and 13. Also, if ASU scores, it likely goes for 2 and the win to end the first overtime. “tails never fails” and Quinn called tails both times.

    Coffee and Football peaked my interest when I heard Texas was talking to several players in the portal, but neither Gerry or Bobby could talk about it. I have no issues with Texas keeping these talks tight lipped until they close them. I have to think DTs are a priority. Clemson's DT, Washington State's DT, both are 6'2-6'3" and 305lbs. Not the size I thought they would go for, but they have experience. I read that Washington State DT was visiting a&m soon, assume he could swing by Austin before or after that. Do you guys have any speculation?

    Ohio State has two straight great games - can they get up for a 3rd? We’re coming off a bad game and can expect a better showing. still think we’re a 4 pt underdog. It’s just a bad match up for Texas.

    Looks like we’ll be wearing Orange (unless Sark elects to wear white) in the Cotton Bowl. We better get that run game figured out as OSU will stuff what we threw out there today.
