The conversation went something like this... Coach: "What drills do you do to coach accuracy?" Leach: "What?" Coach: "How do you coach accuracy?" Leach: "Recruit better."

I've never heard of that type of coach evaluation. There are so many sets of eyes in personnale departments and coaches and scouts at this point, plus video and analytics breakdowns
