  2. Some of y'all need to apologize for your actions over the last 2 hours. Reminds me of @Joe Zurathreatening to leave the board over not getting a LG then Seymore committed the next day.
  3. Men have played with broken fingers and bone bruises and won titles.
  4. so, what's generally the timetable for a bone bruise. Does he sit out week one to develop depth and get him into action against Ohio State?
  5. Thank goodness for the knee braces offensive linemen wear, probably saved Goosby.
  6. I’m sure we’ll all be patient to hear the official timeline before jumping to conclusions
  7. Before OTF was born Quinn transfer threads on the boards of the time were insane.
  8. That was rough and we watched it go down live lol
  9. Hopefully Google AI is off.....significantly. For a knee hyperextension, recovery from a bone bruise typically takes 6 to 12 weeks, but severe cases can occasionally take up to several months to fully heal on an MRI. Because hyperextension forcefully impacts the front of the knee joint, these injuries frequently occur on the outer side of the knee bone (lateral femoral condyle or tibial plateau) and are often accompanied by ligament sprains. Expected Recovery Timeline Weeks 1–3 (Acute Phase): Focus is on reducing swelling and protecting the joint. You will likely need a knee brace or crutches to limit weight-bearing activities. Weeks 4–6 (Sub-Acute Phase): Swelling decreases and walking becomes easier. Low-impact rehabilitation begins, focusing on restoring a normal range of motion. Weeks 7–12 (Strengthening Phase): Gentle progressive resistance training begins to rebuild the quadriceps and hamstrings. Months 3+ (Return to Sport): High-impact activities, pivoting, and running are reintroduced only after a doctor clears you and your strength is fully restored.
  10. Put him in bubble wrap and ice until the Ohio state game rest up big fella we got a natty to chase! 🤘🏽🤘🏽
  11. We'll keep the other Goosby thread going, but we wanted to get the news up for those who are just now getting to the board or haven't seen the diagnosis.

  15. Okay now that we know it’s a bone bruise. I can admit I maybe overreacted this morning
  16. Read mild to moderate bone bruises may heal in 4-8 weeks. Severe may be 3-6 months to fully heal. Heard 4-6 weeks may be the Goosby timeline.
  17. For you long time OTF subscribers, can you think of a post that got this much action? This is the most active I have seen a post ever I think.
  18. It all depends on how severe the bone bruise is. For a big guy it is probably harder. The main thing will be pain management
  19. I can kinda breathe again. rest up and get healthy Goosby!!
  20. trending the right direction but I do wonder how a non-contact injury results in a bone bruise
  21. The same injury that is giving Roschon another shot in Chicago.
