  1. Past hour
  2. Welcome to the craziness! Hook em 🤘🏻
  3. Saturday … was likely a record
  4. It is really debatable how elite the talent is on O in football. I , with our schedule, thought we would be very lucky to get by with two losses. Everyone on our schedule has talent and can beat us , especially if we give it away like Saturday. Question, who on our Offense would start for Ohio State, Georgia or Bama?
  5. Today
  6. Is it that, or is Sark just trying to force a round peg in a square hole with his play calling?
  7. Nice read, @Jeff Howe. Do you see us historically making needed changes when our run game is anemic? Seems as though we did so at the latter part of last season.
  8. It's surprising how negative this fanbase can get when things go sideways. I for one will continue to have faith that we will get the job done - meaning coaches AND players. Life's so much easier when you are positive. HookEm.
  9. I was referencing the amount of elite talent in pretty much every program on the 40. Every other team appears to have it figured out while football (specifically Offense) has an embarrassment of riches talent wise yet can not put a decent product on the field.
  10. Out here looking like Emperor Palpatine "I love democracy!"
  11. Thought you were going to say “and they fell over”
  12. So you’re just a contrarian. Got it. Of course he owes us wins. It is literally the primary reason a coach keeps or loses his job. Ever see a Bill Belichick press conference? He waxed poetic while fielding media questions.
  13. They're probably thinking "not when OU won 4 in a row and UCLA won 3 in a row back in the day"
  14. Back to back natties not good enough for you?
  15. Sure hope these programs do a better job with elite talent than what Texas Football offense has.
  16. I was thinking more like this with square wheels.
  17. Special Teams has been a train wreck since Analyst Joe DeCamillis left. Banks was never a good choice here. ST even with a bit of Nibblet magic was heavily penalized and disorganized.
  18. Robertson has been well below sub par...doesnt matter what kind of set up duo zone inside outside if 2 things do not happen. A clean snap snd the center can not be in the qbs lap. This screws up the mesh point, pushes inside runs out. If the defense sets the edge penalty or not that play is dead from the get go. If Texas wants to establish the run Robertson needs to be on the pine period. 2nd if Sark had any interest in slowing down lb fills or safety/corner blitz...throw a handful of screens, slow the fill and then maybe you wouldnt have 8 in the box. Another suggestion is roll Arch out. He is obviously having difficulty getting thru his read progression so why not divide that confusion by half. If nothing is there already outside of the tackle box throw the ball away or if its open green get up the field and slide to protect himself....none of this is rocket science. Quit making something simple into an unsolvable equation. Outside of that spread the d out so your offense has a bit more gap to work with.
  19. Queue the MASH theme song and our offense is Klinger dressed in drag!
  20. Lyin Eyes - The Eagles City girls just seem to find out early How to open doors with just a smile A rich old man, and she won't have to worry She'll dress up all in lace, go in style Late at night, a big old house gets lonely I guess every form of refuge has its price And it breaks her heart to think her love is only Given to a man with hands as cold as ice So she tells him she must go out for the evening To comfort an old friend who's feelin' down But he knows where she's goin' as she's leavin' She is headed for the cheatin' side of town You can't hide your lyin' eyes And your smile is a thin disguise I thought by now you'd realize There ain't no way to hide your lyin' eyes On the other side of town, a boy is waiting With fiery eyes and dreams no one could steal She drives on through the night, anticipating 'Cause he makes her feel the way she used to feel She rushes to his arms, they fall together She whispers, "It's only for a while" She swears that soon she'll be comin' back forever She goes away and leaves him with a smile You can't hide your lyin' eyes And your smile is a thin disguise I thought by now you'd realize There ain't no way to hide your lyin' eyes She gets up and pours herself a strong one And stares out at the stars up in the sky Another night, it's gonna be a long one She draws the shade and hangs her head to cry She wonders how it ever got this crazy She thinks about a boy she knew in school Did she get tired, or did she just get lazy? She's so far gone, she feels just like a fool My, oh my, you sure know how to arrange things You set it up so well, so carefully Ain't it funny how your new life didn't change things? You're still the same old girl you used to be You can't hide your lyin' eyes And your smile is a thin disguise I thought by now you'd realize There ain't no way to hide your lyin' eyes There ain't no way to hide your lyin' eyes Honey, you can't hide your lyin' eyes
