Indiana isn't a juggernaut in football. Georgia Tech won a football natty in 1990. Didn't make them a juggernaut. I'd put Texas over Kentucky because of talent base. Not to mention the only basketball fans in the world more delusional than Kentucky fans are Cuban infected Mavs fans.

I have an aggie coworker who says the reason Texas has such a huge overall record against the aggies is because for so many years the aggies did not admit women. I kid you not. That is his main excuse

OTF Premium Favorite Arch Manning Throw of 2025

I was being sarcastic. It wasn't a great block. It just shows his lack of pass blocking ability. Defenders know that they can bullrush him. Oh well, not our problem anymore, hopefully. -
Somebody post the sparkler restaurant chaos from that DL official visit to LSU a few years back 😂 that's how I picture this gala.

If you want big improvement next season, better hope for a point guard. Casual basketball fans understand the game about as much they understand thermonuclear dynamics. Like goobers talking about Luka as some kind of savior. Reminds me of one of my favorite film lines from Revenge. "They're no doubt expecting a common, reliable stud, which he ain't."

They're 5-5 in SEC play now with 8 games to go. Looking at their remaining schedule, I think a tourney bid (without having to participate in the play-in game) is a lock if they can win their next 3 games (Mississippi, @ Missouri, LSU) and they win at least one of their last 5 games. Texas would finish the regular season 9-9 in SEC play if that scenario pans out. A win at home against OU is the most likely of those last 5 games, but this team has shown they tend to play up and down to the competition, so I could see them getting an upset @ Georgia or @ A&M. I don't see them beating a red hot UF team at the Moody or winning @ Arkansas, but you never know. That's why they play the games.

I disagree with Texas being as high as they are, unless they're just basing that off of potential. Florida, Arkansas, and Auburn should be in the top five because they have won national championships or made multiple Final Four appearances as members of the SEC. However, the NIL era has shown us that your past history in a sport doesn't matter if you are willing to adapt. No one besides Cignetti and his staff could've saw Indiana becoming a juggernaut in football as IU had never had a 10+ win season until they arrived in 2024. Texas could become a top 3 SEC program in men's hoops if they wanted to. That's the key. Are they willing to do it or are they content with being good to great at the other 20 sports on campus and halfarseing the second biggest money maker in their athletic department? This portal window after the men's hoops season is over will tell us everything fans need to know, as will CDC town hall meeting tonight.

Texas literally does something similar to this via the Texas One Fund every April or May at DKR with a concert.

The Brits use it when referring to the Welsh. I thought it was fitting though. 😂

Lucci is the kind of lad that would put a sheep on a cliff in boots so it couldn’t run and would push back harder.

Interesting, potential is there but will Texas ever fully commit to it in the NIL age is the question imo.

Didn't y'all have this piece of crap on Coffee and Football not too long ago?
