Arch just needs to get back to having fun and enjoying the moment. He has been playing like its a business transaction or writing a resume. Trying to be perfect instead of just being himself. Just my opinion.

Hot take but Colin Simmons' celebration shows he is ready to ascend to another level of greatness. A lot of the greats have been a wildcard. Antonio Brown, Gronk, Marshawn Lynch, Ocho Cinco, Ricky Williams, etc. But in all seriousness, give the kid a break. It was a VERY dumb decision. He needs to keep the swagger but show it in more appropriate and family friendly ways.

As Longhorns, we like to be perceived as classy people, with players who come from great upbringings, and who open doors for women. When that illusion is destroyed by our best player, and a short running back, it's a shock to the system. I think Collins didn't take enough accountability for that mistake. The hard part is thinking that this was premeditated. WTF?!

Elko is awesome. He has the best secondary he has ever had and they need to go ahead and extend their new OC for five years. I think Aggy needs to build a statue of Elko now, why wait? The problem Is not with Elko though, it is that the yell leaders haven’t been doing a good enough job to properly motivate the team and the fanbase. Hopefully this loss will motivate the yell leaders to up their game and properly inspire aggy nation.

And that’s what may get him fired this year. As a HC at a P5 school you get paid a LOT to make hard decisions for the best of the program. Is Elko willing or capable of doing that? Bad OC hire, bad gamble on QB, unwillingness to make hard decisions… he’s going to start feeling the wrath of a scorned fan base that is so desperate for anything resembling success that they are willing to burn anything and everything down for just a taste of it.
