  1. Past hour
  2. It’s worth noting how many seniors / 5th year guys are starting for aggy, particularly on the defense. I’ve been saying for a while that aggy’s greatest risk is there lack of depth. There just isn’t much talent / future difference makers on the depth chart after the front line starters for 2026 (Marco Jones, Aaron Gregory may be exceptions). I’m assuming Craver goes to the NFL after this season. This helps to explain why aggy went full Jimbo-NIL mode in this recruiting class to replenish the dearth of young talent in their pipeline.

  4. Haha. This was 100% caused by SEC and how much the NCAA is winning "stay"s in court. Mitchell's agent took potential path of least resistance And he's still not a lock to be eligible this season.
  5. Now this was funny lol
  6. Supposedly, on interview earlier with Portnoy was an LSU alum who stated the women’s Soccer team already had an ex professional player start and play a game for them. Don’t know who it is. He also said Men’s and Women’s bball are going after them rt now. The alum said the university and coaches are going for it while they can.
  7. Now this is funny.
  8. Yes - that is commissioners work
  9. No different than the last couple years
  10. You don’t get it man he can squat 500 lbs and throw a jump pass like Spencer Rattler!
  11. They think it's their best at all 3 positions. They think they have a top 2 Secondary in the SEC this season. In the board I'm a member on they think every coach is the next great one till he isn't (this year it's Whitten and their RB coach from Notre Dame). They were hyped on Deion Burkes until Sategna was their main guy last year. I think Sategna could fall back down to earth, and either Livingstone, Trell Harris, or the youngster Elijah Thomas will lead the room. Elijah Thomas is the one imo to look out for, if they give him playing time.
  12. Today
  13. Ross Dellenger is reporting that discussions at the SEC regarding penalties for lsu are “not league driven but membership lead.” Sounds like Sankey is pulling another Sankey. Nice leadership. https://sports.yahoo.com/college-football/breaking-news/article/sec-school-leaders-exploring-extreme-steps-over-lsus-plan-to-sign-former-pro-athletes-including-potential-expulsion-competition-boycott-and-federal-lawsuit-174813936.html
  14. I think this group of playmakers on their 2-deep from RB, WR, and DB is the most limited I can remember at OU. Including last year. However the OL and DL looks extremely good. I do think that defense takes a step back at edge rusher this year however.
  15. It’s a bidding war!! Preseason sack leader is like being the minor league home run leader. Come on back big boy and put the dagger in Mike the tiger!!
  16. I fail to see the upside for LSU. Everyone wants to win, but they sure appear to be confident in this course of action. And what do you tell the current team members when you are grabbing late additions? Optics be damned.
  17. Ahhh that just gave me the heebie geebies lol
  18. I was at that game. I was the only one in the whole stadium wearing Texas gear and OU was playing WV.
  19. NFL already said they would not be allowed to re-enter the draft and would be FA.
  20. Well, Sankey may be losing the marketing battle to the big10 but isn’t his background compliance? He might be this perfect person for this part of the transition into some semblance of sanity.
  21. Right now Sankey is all bark and no bite until proven otherwise. He got duped into adding a 9th conference game to go along with the CFP expansion, which ended up not happening. He’s got 15 different presidents all behind him on this, but will he deliver?
  22. What is dumb is if they allow these players to play in college after the season do they declare to the nfl or just be available as a free agent
  23. I started another thread for this - but thought I'd leave it here....
