He sure fell into a favorable situation that most coaches would kill for. It will be interesting to see if his success holds up in a revenue sharing environment.

I guess that's true but how this any different than how Texas approaches the game? Our schedule was much tougher so that's why the record is different but Tech is in the playoff and we are not.

They also had an insanely easy schedule…. Only good win for them was against BYU (twice it seems) but again BYU didn’t play anyone either.

It’s looking like all it took was NIL, 3 years, texas and oklahoma leaving for the little 12 to FINALLY “run through lubbock”
