Apparently inapproriate relations is the only fireable offense at Michigan....only when they want you gone in the first place.

Bingo…Let’s all be honest about this… there are WAY more coaches than we know or care to admit are having affairs, it gets covered up if you win, and if you don’t, it comes out.

doesnt just stop at affairs, college and professional sports is a dirty, dirty place… but winning covers up a lot.

What a nightmare from a PR perspective.

They covered the sh*t up and waited until NSD, UM royally screwed up by not dealing with this sooner. What sucks to think about is what if they beat tOSU and got to playoffs, you really think they would’ve canned him before a playoff run?

I am really trying to think about the future of the B1G as well. At least in the immediate future.

Penn State signed 2 players in 2026 class, though with Campbell I am sure they will have NIL support. Michigan is in a total rut.

10/11 Indiana starters this season on offense are 4th year or older.

Who does the depth come from outside of Oregon and Ohio State in 2026?

if the report is accurate - she didn't divulge the details until Wed.  So while they may have been investigating, a lot of the stuff was dropped on them 2 days ago.  But again, if the report is true

Add to it the Michigan State debacle with Mel Tucker that led to his firing and Sam Leavitt leaving... Nebraska in flux as we see what happens with Dylan Raiola and Matt Rhule...

UCLA is a mess with Nico, Lincoln Riley doesn't like USC.... Brutal.

I wonder what made her come forward all of a sudden to the administration. What’s even crazier is the fact they just got busted for cheating under the previous head coach, now the issue with Moore. I got a feeling the athletic director is the next one to be gone. Just a nasty situation all around

I’m afraid Indiana may be Michigans replacement on the food chain in the B1G. As long as Cignetti is on the sidelines.

What a nightmare for the wife and kids to deal with….. knowing how rough it will be for them not only now as they have to transition to a different life without him around but even years down the road when people wanna be idiots and bring it up to the kids or wife if they see them on the street or at school to heckle or bully cause people suck. So sad.

Yes we did. He was too familiar with a staff member and that is where the similarities stop

No Texas didn’t fire Major Applewhite just froze his $500,000 salary for a year and then a big raise. He should been fired!!!

Certainly could be the case.

Given recent performance, I have no reason to think otherwise.
