Those members are absolutely destroying each other over a comment Bijan made.  I still go on that site to tinker with the class calculator and happened to see the post.  It's been a while since I read those posts and my God, I'm glad I'm here and not there.  The moral high ground people on both sides are taking over on that site is just sad.  Somehow religion is being drug into it and insults are flying.  

Please don't make this post about Bijan's comments.  He referenced an old backyard football game called Smear the Qu**r.  He apologized for it.  It's over.

I saw it happen at another Horns site I was a part of for over a decade.  I've seen it happen on other forums unrelated to sports.

Mods have to be diligent about weeding those people out early before they infect the entire community.

The problem with 247 is that CBS doesn't seem to be willing to invest in retaining or developing talent.  I was a subscriber there for a decade+ and finally left last year after a lot of the talent moved over to here. I tried giving 247 a chance after Rod and Jeff left but the quality and quantity of content isn't there anymore. For example, it shouldn't take them five days to publish a podcast after a game.

Anyways, I feel for Chip and Matt but the site is a shadow of its former self. I hope Jeff, Rod, and Matt can reincarnate Longhorn Blitz at some point.

The whole point of my post was that nobody took sides on the issue on this site.

They realized it was a possible hot topic.............and simply let it go.
