At this point all you can do is trust Sark. We may not like how it’s going, but three things are certain:

1) If you don’t perform, then you won’t get paid in the portal season and can stay or go

2) There will be less time to develop. You will have to be a proven performer to be offered to join Texas at the HS level and the college level — because you’re in the win now environment moving forward 

3) CFB needs a commissioner to regulate player & university transactions. This is too wild of a portal season to deal with every year

Gonna get called mean names for this but is it out of the realm of possibility to say that Arch could still transfer or declare for the draft if he and his camp aren’t satisfied with the roster? If i’m the Mannings I don’t want him getting smoked every play like he did this season and picking up more injuries that could threaten his pro career
