I see statements like this all the time. If the player wants to take all his visits, how do they “close?” Lock the player in a room?

I was thinking the same thing. Hope we get this guy but this portal has seen us get burned and makes me curious, any one know how many of our incoming transfers came to us, then went to other visits and still came around to sign with us? Versus how many came and signed somewhere else?
